In Living Conversation with the Plant World

  • Western Herbalism

Western herbalism is a tradition that weaves together centuries of plant knowledge from Europe and North America with modern clinical insight. My work is rooted in a respect for the plants as living allies — each with their own gifts, personalities, and ways of supporting our bodies’ innate capacity to heal.

  • Folk Herbalsim

Folk herbalism is the people’s medicine — a living tradition of healing passed down through stories, hands-on practice, and quiet moments with the plants themselves. It’s about relationships. When we sit with a plant, we open ourselves to a kind of wisdom that can’t be found in books alone. This is where the heart of herbalism lives: in the slow, attentive companionship between human and plant.

  • Remedies

The best herbal remedies are the ones that fit naturally into your life — a cup of tea in the morning, a calming tincture before bed, a handful of fresh herbs in your soup. I offer simple, seasonal formulas that nourish the body, align with the rhythms of nature, and are easy to weave into your daily rituals.

The Herbal Consultation Process

Your journey begins with a comprehensive intake session — a warm, in-depth conversation where I listen to your story, health history, and goals. From there, you’ll receive personalized feedback and herbal recommendations tailored to your unique needs, drawing on both Western and folk traditions. After you’ve had time to integrate your protocol, we’ll meet again for a follow-up session to check in, adjust as needed, and ensure your plan feels supportive and sustainable.

Herbal Consultation 3-Part Process

Intake Session (60–75 min) – A warm, in-depth Q&A to understand your health story, needs, and goals.

  1. Recommendations Session (20–30 min) – A focused meeting to share your personalized feedback and herbal plan.

  2. Follow-Up Session (30–45 min) – A check-in after you’ve worked with your protocol to reflect, adjust, and ensure lasting support.
